I was quite relieved that it was not as sad as the comments mentioned. I didn't want to cry, but still wanted to play the game. It's quite the opposite actually. I had to laugh at the homework part.  o(*￣▽￣*)o

For the art style I think it was beautifully made. 

Suggestions: 

It would be nice, if there was a button to drop what you are currently holding. I know that you could just go outside and press Z, but maybe it could be more convinient. 

For some it might have been cool to choose a name for the doggy. Especially when they lost one themself.

ADORABLE!  It was so sweet (and I admittedly felt like a genius after figuring out you could toast the bread with the fireplace, so what?)

i love this game so much. it just too cute, its super sweet and okay, maybe i did cry when the owner hugged the ball, so what? this game is bittersweet, adorable and i honestly don't know how to describe it. i just can't with this game. I'm too happy but also very sad. would recommend, especially to someone who has lost a pet in the past. it really encapsulates that energy really well. just so, so sweet.

a bittersweet and short game, im glad i never had to go through this and i only will in the future, 9 out of 10

This just shows that animals will always watch over and will try to love you no matter what thank you for this game we needed it to prove that animals are more than companions they're family

As someone who's recently lost a dog myself, this hit a little close to home. The game is pretty good tho, nice job :)
